Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By creating an account and subscribing to our hosting service you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Online Business Kit Ltd trading as Nodix, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17231265). Contact: support@nodix.co.uk

2. Our services

Nodix provides web hosting services including shared hosting accounts, domain management tools, SSL certificates, and associated infrastructure. Services are delivered via the client portal at my.nodix.co.uk.

All content hosted on our servers must comply with applicable UK law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts hosting illegal, harmful, or abusive content without notice.

3. Billing and payment

Hosting subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorise recurring billing at the rate shown at the time of purchase.

Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable charges. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your hosting account at any time from the client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• A technical fault on our side caused significant service unavailability
• A billing error resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our hosting services to:

• Host illegal content of any kind
• Send unsolicited email (spam)
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or any form of deception
• Consume excessive server resources that impact other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Data and backups

We perform daily automated backups of hosting accounts. However, you remain responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of critical data. We accept no liability for data loss.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our servers. You grant us a limited licence to store and serve your content as necessary to provide the hosting service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Business Kit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
